We all hold untold stories within us that lay the foundation for how we live, love, and relate to ourselves and others, stories that may have lasted for moments or months, and that were filled with powerlessness, betrayal, or heartbreak. Story work is a courageous journey into these stories to explore their emotional, spiritual & relational impact and make way for comfort, healing & hope. Through the process of story-telling and story engagement, something truly transformative happens: we find the hope of redemption.​​

Integrating Catholic Faith & Allender Center Story Work
Discover the sacredness woven into your own story. Grounded in the Catholic faith — while rooted in the pioneering work of Dan Allender, Adam Young, and the Allender Center — Sacred Story invites women to tend the tender places of their narratives with reverence, curiosity, and holy imagination. Led by Elizabeth Leon, a trained and certified Level II Narrative-Focused Trauma Care coach through the Allender Center, you will learn the art of engaging your story as a vehicle for understanding your personal history, attachment wounds, and beloved identity in Christ. Sacred Story is a journey into the landscape of our heartache and harm on behalf of the little one left there, lost and alone. Together with the Holy Spirit, we will bring comfort, healing, and hope to the places we feel most unloveable & alone.
